As a Team Manager at

growing pensions administration business. Managing a team of Pension Benefits

Analysts, you will be responsible for meeting a monthly rolling schedule of

objectives including weekly team reviews, developing skills within the team and

The Role

  • Primarily responsible forstaffing and workload management.

  • Be a SME on critical areas ofwork performed by the team.

  • Be the primary client-team POCfor first-level escalations.

  • Partner with US PAG ManilaOffice Leader and Client Team POC’s to achieve team utilization goals.

  • Expected to spend 50% ofproductive time on client billable work.

  • Drive team development andcareer planning for individual associates.

  • Execute on strategic staffingplans and identify career development opportunities for associates.

  • Grow Manageperformance issues. Provide timely constructive feedback.

  • Sustain a high level ofassociate engagement. Champion and advocate an atmosphere that willsupport associate retention.

  • Foster teamwork, positivemorale, open communication and make WTW a great place to work

  • Demonstrate leadership withinthe TM community.

  • Be a role model of WTW corevalues.

  • Ensure that work deliveryconsistently follows established standards and that the team functionsunder the highest level of quality and operational excellence.

  • Ensure teams are complying withWTW Professional Excellence, ISO policies and procedures and adoptingstandard tools and processes.

  • Oversee team performanceagainst established quality, security, efficiency and client deliverystandards. Partner to leadership in identifying and mitigating risksrelated to these standards.

  • Effectively and proactivelycommunicate project status and other reports to leadership and client teamstakeholders.

  • Set goals, determine schedules,and drive consistency of team methodology, process and deliverables.Measure progress against objectives

  • Contribute in the establishmentof best practices consistent with industry standards

The

Requirement

  • Experienced in leading a teamfor at least five years and other relevant people management background.High sense of accountability. Demonstrate deep consulting capabilities.

  • Previous experience within asupervisory role in a Pensions Administration environment is a plus

  • Knowledge of health, pension orbenefits administration processing is preferred

  • Strong analytical, integrativeand problem solving skills

  • Strong knowledge of MicrosoftOffice tools including Outlook, Excel and Word

  • Project Management skills is aplus

  • Professional and responsibleapproach to work, clients and associates

  • Experienced working in anenvironment with measured performance against, quality, productivity andefficiency

  • Work the night shift – 9pm to6am

  • Ability to organize andprioritize with strong attention to details

  • Excellent oral and writtencommunication skills

  • Highly demonstratesinterpersonal skills and is willing and able to collaborate withstakeholders, leadership, peers and staff.

  • Ability to work independentlyand on teams, including virtual work teams, with members in differentgeographic region.

  • Ability to complete multipleprojects within established deadlines

  • Work experience with NorthAmerica counterparts preferred

  • College degree preferred
