JOB DESCRIPTION

This individual will be working as part of the Compensation team based in Manila, primarily providing support to the UK based Comp Lead aligned to the global Human Capital and Benefits segment.

The Role

Responsibilities include:

  • Salary Survey participation

  • Market data analysis, conducting research and benchmarking, and providing analytical support Compensation design and modeling,

  • Supporting and advising HR Partners on compensation matters.

  • Collaboration with the global comp team during the annual cycle compensation review

  • Support on global projects; including a variety of Total Reward harmonization initiatives including design and implementation of a Career Framework, Short Term Incentives and new streamlined year end processes

The Requirements

  • Must be willing to work UK hours.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Finance or Mathematics or a related field

  • 2 to 4 years related experience (preferably in the financial services/insurance industry).

  • Designation or classes toward CCP preferred but not required

  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and other software, including Word, Excel and Powerpoint

  • Detailed-oriented, with strong analytical and problem solving skills

  • Ability to work independently, manage own workload, priorities and deadlines

  • Pro-active and dynamic work-style, geared towards working in a rapidly changing and evolving environment

  • Knowledge and proficiency in Oracle EBS or HCM preferred
