The Role

We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Account Manager to join our Corporate Service team in the Sydney office.

As a member of a high performing team, the successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • All aspects of client servicing to maintain and grow an existing book of business;

  • Working with Account Director(s) in responding to new business opportunities that contribute to the continued growth of the branch;

  • Identifying insurable risks, designing and negotiating appropriate insurance solutions for the client;

  • Providing a superior level of client service, by demonstrating exceptional interpersonal and organisational skills; and

  • Promoting the Willis brand within the insurance industry both locally and nationally.

The Requirements

  • An Account Manager/Senior Account Executive with insurance or insurance broking industry experience;

  • A proven ability to understand and meet a client’s needs;

  • Tier 1 (insurance broking) qualification and demonstrated commercial acumen;

  • Excellent report writing skills;

  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills. Your exceptional interpersonal skills ensure you stand out from the crowd;

  • Time management skills that keep you ahead of your schedule and workload;

  • Professional, reliable and the ability to work autonomously with minimal guidance; and
