JOB DESCRIPTION

The Research Analyst is responsible for providing overall sales enablement and day-to-day support to CRDs (Client Relationship Directors) and ADs (Account Directors) and driving all client management research and analytic activities.

Responsibilities:

• Support client account planning process through industry and client research, preparation of key client information (including financials) and documentation support

• Identify potential opportunities and points of entry for clients within a market by monitoring information portals for relevant client news (e.g., earnings reports, press releases) and providing proactive updates to client teams

• Enable client teams by providing just in time support for client data or research requests

• Create client-ready financial reports

• Provide coordination support for the RFP processes, working with WTW segments and CRDs

• Ensure accurate, complete and up-to-date client records in all critical systems

• Attend internal client meetings and support follow ups as required

• Collaborate with other CRD Analysts to share best practices and experiences via inter-office community

• Act as a role model throughout WTW by embodying our values of client focus, teamwork, integrity, respect and excellence

Requirements:

• 3+ years of related experience in the areas of human resources, financial management, and/or risk management

• Undergraduate degree required; advanced degrees or professional designations are a plus

• Outstanding analytic and financial skills

• Strong research and project management skills

• Excellent organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail

• Ability to multi-task and shift quickly between activities

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Creative problem solver

• Team-oriented and collaborative
