The Role

As a Pega Developer, you’ll be responsible for implementing technical solutions on Pega CRM. You will work closely Business Analysts and other engineers to design and implement a maintainable and scalable solution. You will be building mission critical applications for the business that will be used by thousands of employees. This role has the potential to make a high impact on the business and would be well suited for those similarly inclined.

• Design, develop and implement exceptional technical solutions

• Coordinate with the Architecture Team regarding integration efforts between Pega and WTW systems

• Learn and utilize best practices for Pega development, QA, and security

• Work in an agile environment that values frequent releases and fast feedback from stakeholders

• Work with a team of peers to brainstorm and build a high quality solution

The Requirements

• Ability to develop and implement exceptional technical solutions

• Manage technical implementation tasks delegated by Technical Lead to ensure work is delivered on-time and on-budget

• Knowledge of industry standard project delivery frameworks including Agile, Waterfall or Scrum

• Ability to effectively troubleshoot technical issues as they arise during the project lifecycle

• Takes initiative to ask for help or advice from Mentors and tackles challenging assignments

• Ability to translate complex business requirement into functional technical requirements using PegaSystems SmartBPM methodology and DCO tools

• Java experience a plus

• Web service and database experience a plus
