The Business

The Global Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence provides state of the art, full life-cycle recruiting services. We partner with business leaders to define recruiting needs and develop a clear and comprehensive plan for achieving them. We develop attraction and sourcing strategies, create employment value propositions and recruiting tools, and manage a streamlined interview process and effectively close and onboard candidates – at both the university and experienced hire levels.

The Role

The Talent Acquisition Assistant will support the LatAm Talent Acquisition Team with daily co-ordination, organization and administration to meet the recruitment needs of the business.

  • Respond to recruitment related enquiries from the business/Talent Acquisition team within the Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

  • Ensure administration tasks relating to recruitment are completed accurately and to the highest standard, including but not limited to setting up interviews/meetings, providing feedback to candidates/agencies, amending JDs, recording interview notes, sending CVs to the business etc.

  • Accurately maintain candidate database to track progress, update Manager if candidate’s are outstanding and require action

  • Publish approved job descriptions to the website and social media to attract candidates

  • Act professionally when representing WTW externally via email, telephone and face to face, offering knowledgeable responses

  • Work with the HR team to prepare contracts for newly appointed candidates ensuring SLAs are met

  • Maintain recruitment spreadsheets, and create new, more efficient ones for different business lines when required

  • Ad-hoc project based work if/when required

The Requirements

  • Bachelor degree concluded.

  • Recruitment and HR governance practices preferred

  • Minimum 1 years’ experience working recruitment or HR Administration. Ideally working with an ATS such as Taleo or Peoplefluent.

  • Experience with multi-tasking in a fast paced environment

  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills including English, Portuguese and Spanish.

  • Accuracy and attention to detail with administrative tasks essential

  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

  • Excellent time management and organization skills

  • Ability to deal with confidential information in a highly ethical manner
