The Business

Human resources team is one of the six corporate functions within Willis Towers Watson globally. It is made up of Geographical, Segment and Global HR Teams and Centers of Excellence. Working with the business, the HR team plays an important role in partnering with the business leadership team to support business growth. The team works closely with the Centers of Excellence (COEs) to provide organizational effectiveness, performance management, talent development and total rewards ensuring seamless delivery to the client.

The Role

  • Support the coordination and control all activities related to personnel administration, including, but not limited to payroll, benefits and occupational medicine, covering local legislation and global guidelines with the objective of ensuring payment to all colleagues properly, providing all the benefits and occupational health of each colleague.

  • Support the control of all payroll processes, charges, labor obligations, conciliation and activities inherent to the local staff administration. Negotiate contractual changes and manage service level of the company to provide payroll processing services.

  • Supervise, monitor and control programs of health, safety and medicine of the work.

  • Supervise contract with service providers to HR related to payroll and benefits

  • Supervise all the benefits offered by the company to colleagues focusing on excellence in the processes and the best cost versus benefit.

  • Supervise contracts with service and benefits providers and evaluate service level.

  • Negotiation of contracts and prices with suppliers

  • Carry out projects and benefits programs that contribute to the quality of life and health of colleagues.

  • Provide information and assist the legal department in defense of labor claims.

The Requirements

  • BS/BA in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field

  • Previous working experience as a HR Generalist or HR Business Partner.

  • 5-7 years of related human resources experience, including payroll and benefits

  • Strong computer skills, including, but not limited to, Microsoft Office, Oracle HMS and ADP systems

  • Strong knowledge in labor laws and eSocial

  • Advanced English

  • Willingness and ability to work independently and on a team

  • Must be accustomed to a fast paced, high volume environment with deadlines and last minute requests

  • Project management skills

  • Self-starter and quick learner

  • Ability to prioritize requests and duties

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Must be detail oriented

  • Ability to multitask

  • Work well under pressure

  • Must be flexible and have the ability to readily adapt to change
