The Role

As a Health and Benefits Profesional Excellence (PE), you will work closely with the Regional Operations Project Managers and the Operations Manager of latam to constantly improve operational capability and performance. Also you will collaborate with other divisional PE to drive consistency across the program, share best practice, build common capability and drive the implementation of latam projects.

Key responsibilities include:

• Ensuring client servicing aligns with the H & B target operating model and standard SLA’s.

•Ensuring local H&B consultant translates the insurance scheme documentation into functional requirements and client data validation processes are automated in a timely manner.

•Responsible for ensuring local H&B business practice aligns to our Professional Excellence policies.

•Act as escalation contact for all operational issues.

•Regular review of Service Level Agreements to ensure GBC is delivering on time.

•Use business analysis skills to define Key performance indicator reports.

•Periodic analysis of data of H&B operations.

•Build relationships internally and collaborate effectively on cross-functional teams.

•Demonstrate natural ease and effectiveness when dealing with clients/colleagues at all levels.

•Able to work with the regional team to translate objectives into an operational plan and team goal.

The Requirements

• Proven experience into process, operations management and organization design orientated.

• Attention to detail.

• Aptitude to learn new technology products and services.

• Personal drive to achieve significant change in relatively short periods of time.

• Strategic thinker who can decompose complex issues and find solutions

•Ability to review and check data against subject domain knowledge (e.g., health and group benefits) and understand the data’s applicability/accuracy for the designated purpose

• Strong technical abilities with demonstrated capability to provide innovative solutions appropriate to client needs

• A clear commitment to the highest standards of professional conduct including the ability to lead by example

• Strong Microsoft Office skills and Process Design tools.

• Proficiency in written and spoken English required.

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in a program with heavy emphasis on process management as: Business • Administration, Industrial Engineering, O&M , Insurance professional , Etc.
