Summary Of The Role

  • Develops relationships with Pulse software clients alongside Consultants and CRD’s to secure software license renewals for existing clients

  • Coordinates phases of the renewal and enhancement cycles for Pulse Software clients, from initiating the preparation and delivery of renewal paperwork, through to ensuring that renewal is complete

  • Has in-depth knowledge of the clients, effective knowledge of the products purchased, and extensive domain expertise

  • Identifies upsell opportunities across the LOB and works with sales teams to close new business leads

  • Responds to client questions and requirements related to contracts, pricing and additional features/options

  • Feeds into the product development process to ensure development is focused in areas of most client value

The Role

  • Overall responsibility for managing the Pulse Software relationship with WTW’s EI client base

  • Establishing a trusted advisor relationship that works to ensure client’s overall satisfaction with our products

  • Acting as a liaison between product management and the client with a focus on communicating the roadmap and how the roadmap will influence client activities

  • Developing success plans for clients that outline their critical success factors, metrics for success, potential issues, and provide recommendations.

  • Working closely with T&R Consultants to identify new opportunities and facilitate transitions

  • Developing programs focused on enhancing the client’s life in production

  • Monitoring and facilitating the client’s adoption of our solution features and functionality with providing WTW with an understanding of their overall business needs as they relate to our products

  • Leveraging client relationships as needed for prospect references

  • Prioritizing and driving resolution on escalated client issues

The Requirements

  • Broad employee engagement knowledge gained in an in-house or consulting environment

  • Proven Account Management / Strategic Planning experience

  • Ability to engage at senior levels within HR

  • Demonstrable experience in a similar role (Consulting or Account Management) that includes issue resolution and escalation management

  • Experience with employee engagement survey technology

  • Proven ability to collaborate and build strong relationships with clients at senior and operational levels

  • Ability to engage across internal functions (Sales, Product Management, Consulting)

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to chair meetings or host webinars
