JOB DESCRIPTION

The purpose of the role is to ensure the timely delivery of high quality executive surveys across EMEA in collaboration with survey production operations and to co-ordinate/review the provision of market pricings/assessments to clients.

The role supports the growth and profitability of the Data Services team by being responsible for client relationships, marketing and selling Willis Towers Watson Data Services executive products and services. This includes standard and bespoke surveys as well as selling and delivering compensation based project work such as compensation and benefits reviews and conducting pay assessments.

The Role

Excellence

  • Contribute to our global executive data offering and in collaboration with the Global Product Leader develop a market leading executive reward data proposition and team

  • Continuously develop technical and consulting skills (e.g. selling and project management skills)

  • Ensure that survey and project files are up-to-date and meet Professional Excellence standards

  • Increase efficiency by identifying ways to improve survey processes in collaboration with the Global Product Leader and survey production operations

  • Assisting EMEA team members with data validations and survey reviews

Client

  • Lead Account Managers and survey production team to deliver on surveys and projects to meet or exceed client expectations through effective project management, provision of training, supporting job matching, pay assessments and compensation reviews.

  • Conducting and supporting client presentations and webcasts

  • Account managing global membership executive survey clients, conducting job benchmarking and supporting their market data requirements

Financial

  • Lead the revenue growth of our executive surveys and associated client assignments

  • Providing new and existing clients with survey pricing proposals, in collaboration with account

  • managers

  • Ensuring clients are promptly and accurately billed

People

  • Build strong relationships externally and internally and collaborate effectively on cross-functional teams

  • Demonstrate natural ease and effectiveness when dealing with clients/colleagues at all levels

  • Lead the Data Services executive team, both through direct management of the London based team and the community of executive survey country leads throughout EMEA.

The Requirements

  • Good organisational skills: be able to plan and organise work efficiently, be able to handle several projects at same time and to work under pressure and meet deadlines

  • An ability to be self-sufficient and manage own workload but ask for support when required

  • Strong client relationship management skills with a dedication to quality and customer service.

  • A good understanding of executive reward issues and an appreciation of wider Talent and Rewards solutions to support our clients’ business strategies

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills – comfortable and credible communicating with senior leaders within client organisations.

  • Will have strong experience in executive reward, data management or experience of survey research (incorporating various stages of a research project), and be numerate with strong data analysis and interpretation skills.

  • Will have a good working experience with MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint and have some experience or working with other databases or statistical software

  • Good team player capable of managing multiple stakeholders.
