Summary of Role

To work within a dynamic administration function servicing both internal and external clients. Initially, the successful candidate will provide support to existing senior associates with the production of test cases and testing of automated calculation solutions. Following on the job training, the successful candidate will be expected to translate technical documentation into benefit basis information and analyse data in conjunction with technical documentation. To ensure full system automation can be achieved and to work closely with Administration and Systems teams.

The Role

Performance Objectives:

  • Maintain and develop further knowledge of pension schemes

  • Demonstrate commitment by ensuring that targets and deadlines are met

  • Produce test packs for automation and test calculations for DB and DC Schemes

  • Assist in due diligence exercises, analysing data quality, identifying data issues and applying solutions

  • Assist in more complex/project work as required


  • Deliver work in accordance with WTW Professional Excellence guidelines


  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure high levels of service are achieved

  • Work with the Systems and Administration teams to assist with automation plans


  • Provide an efficient, professional service to meet all client needs and to promote the Willis Towers Watson brand


  • Ensure that expenses and time-sheets are submitted in a timely fashion

The Requirements

  • Grade 9-4/Grade C or above for Maths and English Language at GCSE or equivalent.

  • Able to work to a high level of accuracy

  • Computer literate – experience of using Excel spreadsheets preferred

  • Customer and quality focussed.

  • Interpersonal skills to include good written and verbal communication.

  • Experience of dealing with both DB and DC occupational pension schemes would be an advantage, but is not essential

  • Good time management skills and the ability to organise and prioritise own workload

  • Administration experience and ability to follow processes
