We develop compensation and broader rewards strategies and design and implement programs that address these needs, drive higher performance and ensure the right return on their investment in people. Overview of the role :

As the Rewards Leader, you will be an integral part of the Leadership Team.

You will have P&L responsibility for the Rewards business line. You will drive sales and marketing strategy, manage and expand large client relationships, and serve as a strategic advisor to clients concerning their Compensation and Rewards issues. You’ll also be asked to contribute your thought leadership to the overall development of the Rewards business. The contribution will impact not only local and regional P&L but also global firm brand and market share.

Performance Objectives:

Financial

  • Sales and marketing strategy: Primary accountability for leading and executing a business strategy to penetrate the market, introduce new clients to the firm and expand relationships with current clients in order to meet annual revenue goals. Work with senior sellers in all LOBs/ Practices of Rewards to ensure that we position our offerings to:

  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell new products and services

  • Collaborate with client relationship directors and sales teams to identify, develop and close strategic sales opportunities

  • Build relationships with internal and external sources to maximize the penetration of key target accounts

  • Operations management, P&L responsibilities: Contribute to development of plans and budgets, delivering on expected performance and ensuring that LOBs/ Practices generate revenue, profit and market share growth in accordance with region and division LOB plans

People

  • People management and development: Develop and execute on strategic staffing plans for the office, including all people processes (e.g., recruiting, training and development, goal setting and performance management, employee satisfaction and compensation/bonus recommendations)

  • Lead people management process: Ensure all aspects of the performance and pay process are executed effectively for the team

  • Collaboration: Collaborate across Geography, Segments, Business and LOBs to effectively pursue and deliver on multi-faceted regional and global opportunities

Clients

  • Client relationship management and delivery: Responsible for all aspects of local delivery of Willis Towers Watson products and services for the Rewards business line. Collaborate with LOB/ Practice Leaders to develop client strategies to deepen, broaden and build profitable relationships, including the deployment of staff to effectively deliver client work

Operational Excellence and Innovation

  • Strategy, new product, IC development: Support the development , commercialization and dissemination of IC in cooperation with IC leadership

Ensure appropriate governance and work quality process are adopted on all work carried out

The Requirements

  • 10-15 years experiences with min. 5 years experiences in consulting firm, including demonstrated team leadership

  • Significant knowledge and understanding of Human Resources Consulting

  • Hold GRP or CCP Certificate

  • Exceptional client relationship management skills

  • Strong analytical skills; the ability to synthesize data and develop insights

  • Ability to work independently as well as working collaboratively to assist others in generating a deal flow

  • Keen business acumen and proven ability to align clients’ business strategies and compensation programs

  • Self-starter who can thrive in a fast paced evolving business environment and operate fairly independently

  • An executive presence with polished and well developed written and oral communication skills.

  • Availability to travel on an as needed basis

  • MBA preferred
