The Role

There are 3 main aspects for the role of Senior Analyst in the context of Global Data Services:

  1. Client Management
  • Responsible for managing a small portfolio of accounts and support seniors to build and protect relationships with some of our key clients.

  • Address clients’ day-to-day questions and needs, act proactively to resolve their queries, and maintain a healthy relationship with the clients in your portfolio.

  • Support presentation and meeting materials along with the other consultants; you may also be initiating conversation between clients and other project works.

  1. Data Analytics
  • Accountable for full value chain of one or multiple products: from product design, define value-proposition, marketing, solicitation, data analysis, compile reports, to final deliver and evaluate client satisfaction.

  • Analysis market trends around HR matters from internal database and external research; be creative in turning raw and plain figures into market insights.

  • Over time, you will be expected to grow industry specific knowledge and derive better solutions to meet your clients’ needs

  1. Consulting
  • Assist other consultants in drafting project proposal and providing data support to facilitate the project requirements

  • Work beside some of the industry’s top consultants while you develop cutting edge technical knowledge and skills.

  • Eventually manage major parts of a project- involved in project management, communication with the clients in managing outcome and expectation.

The Requirements

  • 3-6 years’ experience in Consulting industry and/or Compensation and Benefits related functio n. Candidate with less experience may considered as Analyst.

  • Analytical mind-set with an aptitude to articulate insights from data.

  • High dedication in quality of work and focus on client centric value.

  • Strong planning and organizing skills to manage multiple clients and deliverables.

  • Effective communication skills to handle multiple internal/external clients.

  • Good understanding of the Hong Kong market dynamics and basic HR knowledge.

  • Result-orientated and self-motivated character is important.

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).

  • Computer proficiency with strong skills in MS office, in particular MS Excel.

  • University degree is required. Degree in Human Resources Management, Business, Statistics/Mathematics, Social Studies, or equivalent is preferred. MBA would be an advantage.

  • Experience and knowledge in data business and/or proven client management skill is an advantage.
