The Business

Willis Towers Watson’s Technology and Administration Solutions (TAS) is a global line of business whose revenue is primarily driven from providing outsourced pension administration services to occupational pension funds. We have worked with some of the world’s leading organizations for over 25 years to provide benefit administration and outsourcing to over five million participants across the globe.

The Role

The Business Analyst will work with a team of business users and IT developers with responsibility for maintaining and improving pension administration systems.

Main responsibilities will include;

  • Document complex business processes and perform process reviews

  • Analyse business requirements & identify areas for efficiency improvements

  • Liaise with business users to analyse requirements and identify system improvements

  • Identify key system gaps and manage system implementation of solutions

  • Write functional specifications

  • Manage test activities, identify issues, and follow through to resolution

  • Creation of user training manuals and supporting documentation

  • Ongoing production support for pension administration systems

  • Support for ongoing pension related projects

The Requirements

  • Pensions industry / fund management experience essential

  • Minimum 2 years work experience in a business analyst role

  • Third level qualification required
