The Role

Overview of the role:

As a Consultant in Willis Towers Watson’s Employee Insights team, you should expect to act as a project manager and support consulting projects. The colleague will work closely with the rest of the project team members, including Consultants and other colleagues to ensure projects run smoothly from start to finish. It is the goal of all colleagues to become competent in performing assigned tasks including providing expertise in the survey process and the production of related materials to all client and marketing activities.

Client Focus:

  • Prepare reporting protocol in consultation with clients and proof all related report deliverables

  • Under the direction of Consultants arrange, proof and finalise client presentations

  • Assist in developing materials for project planning meetings with clients, for instance, preparation and finalisation of the Survey timeline, communication materials for clients

  • Provide key day-to-day support to clients during the whole survey process


  • Work with other team members to design, prepare, proof and finalise related survey materials for clients

  • Lead internal and external project team meetings and provide guidance to other members as required

  • Work with other team members to proof questionnaire return rate spreadsheets (Excel & PowerPoint) and communicate response rate information to clients and project teams


  • Act as a project manager to manage small to large scale projects, including being the key contact for clients, suppliers and internal support staff to ensure project deliverables to clients are met, deadlines are clear, meetings are scheduled, and communications are consistent

  • Proof and finalise the content format of both paper and on-line questionnaires where relevant

  • Carry out quality checks on client deliverables thoroughly

The Requirements

  • Technical savvy and comfort using the Microsoft Office Suite and a willingness to learn proprietary technology required on the job

  • Enjoy and excel at managing details of large projects and be highly attentive to detail

  • Effectively organise and prioritise multiple projects and tasks while working towards defined and at times competing deadlines

  • Display strong verbal and written communications skills

  • Enjoy working in a team setting and supporting the needs of both clients and colleagues

  • Be comfortable working with ambiguity while driving toward the desired end product
