As a Client Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing relationships with brokers and their small- to mid-size clients on our Bright Choices Benefits Marketplace. As the primary client interface post-implementation, you will be a “hands on” professional operating with a sense of ownership toward the clients with whom you work and toward our technology.

The Role

As a Client Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing relationships with brokers and their small- to mid-size clients on our Bright Choices Benefits Marketplace. As the primary client interface post-implementation, you will be a “hands on” professional operating with a sense of ownership toward the clients with whom you work and toward our technology.

• Manages account relationships as the primary point-of-contact for day-to-day issues related to clients’ Benefits Exchanges, including ongoing communications and coordination of project, billing and other activities

• “Quarterback” (project and process manager) for all activities related to our service delivery to assigned client(s)

• Expected to build and maintain trusted relationships with Broker partners and senior executives including CEOs, business owners, and Human Resource Managers

• Provide focused contact and assistance to clients based upon their needs and challenges ensuring client satisfaction and encouraging client loyalty and retention

• Conduct Broker, Client and employee educational meetings

• Work with broker and internal team to launch benefits exchanges for all renewing customers

• Assist with and resolve individual client and/or employee issues escalated beyond the Consumer Service team

• Research and stay abreast of all issues that impact clients, including how Bright Choices accommodates new regulations regarding health insurance and employee benefits

• Develops annual account action plans

• Manages relationships with our clients and vendors to further sales opportunities and to ensure continued customer satisfaction

• Tracks, maintains and analyzes all account activity in CRM tracking system

• Other responsibilities as assigned

• Ultimately accountable for client retention & satisfaction

The Requirements

• Exceptional client customer service orientation

• Ability to respond strongly and positively to challenging work and deadlines

• Ability to work successfully at both a strategic and tactical level with clients and senior management.

• Ability to quickly master new concepts related to Bright Choices products and best practice business procedures

• Proven technological savvy with complex systems

• Self-starter with proven organization skills and ability to multitask

• Strong critical thinking, problem identification and solving ability

• Extreme attention to detail

• Highly competent with Microsoft Office productivity tools (e.g. Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)

• Must be licensed in Life & Health Insurance within 3 months of employment

• Willingness to travel, including overnight travel

• Licensed in Life & Health Insurance preferred

• Experience using CRM systems preferred
