JOB DESCRIPTION

Support the delivery of the agreed upon service to the client(s). Provide operational/transactional support including, record keeping, transition processing, and managing other transactional-based services. For transaction-based positions, work requests are typically not received directly from the client but rather through a predefined system or on a predefined schedule. Interaction with the client may be limited to receiving data, e-mails or collecting predefined data. Responsible for upholding the Service Level Agreements (SLAs), tracking volumes, auditing transactions, and achieving a high level of client satisfaction. Works closely with Client Relationship Managers or Operational Managers to resolve issues and identify opportunities for increasing the value of the service to the client(s).

The Role

Provide

day-to-day client service and risk management assistance on assigned

accounts. Work with Sr. Client Services Specialist, Account Executive

and/or Client Advocate to implement, maintain, and close-out wrap-up

programs. Provide required reports to carriers and communicate with

carriers regarding enrollment and/or audit issues, etc. Participate in

program meetings for selected accounts. Prepare and deliver policies,

management reports, and communicate with enrolled contractors as necessary.

Coordinate administration activities related to managing a CIP.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with WillisTowers Watson team in coordinating service on account

  • Alert Sr. ClientServices Specialist/Client Advocate/Account Executive of potential problems andseek direction

  • Work with Claims andSafety representative on issues related to the program

  • Participate in monthlymeetings

  • Attend and present OCIPinformation at Pre-Bid/Pre-Con and carrier meetings

  • Maintenance ofclient/contractor files

  • Work with contractors togather appropriate enrollment information and monthly payroll reports

  • Process enrollments,including bid deduct calculation, and forward to data entry center forprocessing

  • Processcontractor/project closeouts as outlined in the CIP manual

  • Maintain qualitycontrol, ensuring all enrollments, payroll reports and closeouts are processedtimely and accurately

  • Communicate directlywith contractors regarding issues related to the program (enrollment issues,payroll reporting, closeout, etc.)

  • Develop proficiency inWrap Administration system

  • Review WrapAdministration system reports to verify accuracy and identify problem areas

  • Coordinate reporting ofclient and carrier information and provide interpretation of financial reportsas required

  • Prepare monthly/quarterlyprogress reports and explain to client/contractors

  • Provide monthlyreporting of data/account information as required

  • Assist in compilingstewardship reports

  • Provide necessaryinformation to marketing regarding payroll, rating, deduct history

  • Assist in review anddelivery of Master policies

  • Complete subcontractorpolicy checking review and/or checklist template

  • Coordinate transmittalof subcontractors policies where required

  • Process mid-term policychanges as requested

  • Research and compileanswers to client/contractor’s policy and coverage questions—coordinateresponse with Sr. Client Services Specialist/Account Executive/Client Advocate

  • Assist with follow-up oncarrier issues

  • Assist in resolving anycarrier discrepancies

  • Coordination &review of audits with carriers

  • Some travel may berequired

  • Other Duties as assigned

The Requirements

  • Five or more years ofinsurance industry experience related to servicing accounts

  • Property and Casualtylicense or Life and Health License dependent upon area of work

  • Knowledge of Insuranceand/or Brokerage business

  • Technical knowledge ofproduct area or industry

  • Knowledge of principlesand processes of business management

  • Knowledge of mathematicsincluding arithmetic

  • Understands ratingcalculations pertinent to WC, GL for guaranteed cost and loss sensitiveprograms

  • Personal Computer skills

  • Verbal and writtencommunication skills

  • Interpersonal skills,including relationship-building skills with clients and co-workers

  • Ability to workindependently as well as in a team setting

  • Customer Service skills

  • Presentation,organization and critical thinking skills
